In a world that seems to be sometimes chaotic and out of control. The one thing we can always take control of is our health and fitness.
Whether it’s you’re a first timer or a regular gym goer. Training to be healthy for your family or training to improve upon a sport. I’m here to meet and guide you however you may need. With so many of us leading more sedentary lives its my goal to make fitness enjoyable and part of your daily routine, as well as help you to achieve the vision you have for yourself.
Being active has always been apart of who I am as a child I enjoyed hiking, biking, swimming and running. As I got older I played rugby for a few years and swam competitively for my high school team. When I was 15 I began weight training I continued this for 14 years off and on as I struggled with addictions, anxiety and depression. The gym is what helped me to be able to move past those addictions and gain a clear head again. I then realized that a career in fitness and health was my calling. I enrolled in a BCRPA program to build upon what I thought I knew and confirm what I did know.
I’m here to learn and grow with you, as well as to be a member of your support team, helping to shape a better you.
