Colton Smith - Personal Trainer, ACE

I decided to pursue this career path after spending over a decade in the gym developing my own strength, body and mindset. I'm incredibly passionate about fitness and passing on my knowledge to others. I care deeply about people and love sharing the benefits of training with my clients. Seeing others go through an experience that makes them confident, strong and happy is why I do what I do.

Whether your goals are weight loss, getting stronger, building muscle, general fitness or a combination of these, I can help you reach your goals in a safe and efficient manner regardless of where your current fitness level is at. 


I primarily focus on the main compound lifts - squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, bent over row or some variation of these. I use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, bands, machines and bodyweight exercises during my sessions. I try to put an emphasis on variation and proper technique with all exercises.
